LITTLE LAPIN

UK singer-songwriter Little Lapin is releasing her third album. It is called 'Wake Up With The Sun'.

I've been a serious fan of hers for several years now and this album only cements that love.

It's inviting, warm and full of feeling. A radiant mix of sweet twang and muted folk . The music is ace, as usual, as is her voice and lyrical content.

My favorite tracks are 'My Complexion', 'Luna' and 'Need A Change of Scene'. All three showcase her talent in songwriting as well as singing. This sophisticated lady has serious talent.

The whole album goes back and forth between tracks full of fun and energy and tracks that are more insightful and meaningful (all that sometimes happening just in one song!).

I like all her music but this new album might be my favorite. I normally say that if you like "this" artist you will like her...but she has her own sound and just makes really, really good music.

Go out and get this!
